WHAT CRIME HAVE I COMMITTED?

You can help reverse the stereotyping of NYC's abandoned animals when you hang one or all the Mug Shots campaign fliers.

"Sheltered animals didn't do anything," proclaim the ads, which were created for NYCACC, the nonprofit organization that runs NYC's massive animal shelter system.

Each ad stresses that most sheltered animals are victims of circumstance, not sickness or abuse -- and that their only crime is a lack of a home.

NYCACC is counting on the "Mug Shots Campaign" to increase adoptions. And the animals are counting on you to print these flyers and hang them in your office and schools.

Please print and hang one or all of the Mug Shots Campaign Fliers. Please visit
http://www.victimsofcircumstance.org/ to download the flier. And please cross post.

P.S. If you run a shelter please contact me about adapting the fliers for your organization. If you need a banner for your NYC website I have attached it with this letter. Please use http://www.victimsofcircumstance.org/ as the link. Here is the code for your page:
