Wyatt has been adopted & is "Going Home 4 The Holidays!" on Christmas Eve 2017 He is my 505th adoption
So very happy for our baby boy Wyatt whose is getting adopted & "Going Home 4 The Holidays" He'll have a Mom & Dad who works from home & they'll have LOTS of time to raise him & let him enjoy being their very special little boy, he is the sweetest loving little puppy who stole their heart (and mine)
**Be sure to watch Wyatt's video's below to see him playing with his foster's Velvet**
Wyatt is a very special little baby boy. He’s super sweet, big cuddler, with the cutest soft, fuzzy coat which is why I think he has Sheltie due to his very fuzzy coat. Every time I look at him his face looks like a chocolate chip cookie.
He is very smart since while he's not house-trained yet, now he lets me know he has to potty in his crate. He is doing perfect with paper-training --- so I know he’ll be ready to potty outside like a big boy soon. I think that he may weigh 45-50 lbs. full grown.
He uses his paws to get your attention -- when he's in the crate he reaches out with his paw extended. I've been fostering for years & I've never seen a dog do that -- cats yes -- dog no.
The policy of LnF Dog Rescue is to put each puppy in quarantine for a full 3-weeks to be sure they do not have Parvo or any other disease. We take great pride in only adopting healthy puppies & dogs.
He was found as a stray in KY & brought into a local shelter. I always wonder, where is his Mommy & siblings? He would love to have his own family & to be able to go “Home 4 The Holidays! Wyatt is currently in the process of getting her full series of puppies shots every 3 weeks. He’s already neutered & will be microchipped before he goes home. If interested be sure to read our adoption requirements & you must be able to meet or exceed them.
LnF Dog Rescue does have very strict requirements & for puppies, we do require they are adopted by a family that has raised a puppy in the past, as an adult. Best case scenario would be to be adopted by someone who works from home or part-time -- or willing to provide 2-3 potty breaks a day. He is an infant & we really believe that if you don't have time to "raise" a puppy perhaps you should consider a more mature pup or dog.
If interested in this adorable baby you can apply here at our website. As with all LnF Dog Rescue pups/dogs, they live in a foster home, have all their shots, spayed/neutered, microchipped, crate & potty trained -- although you will have to participate in keeping them on track! Puppies are paper trained. If interested read our adoption requirements & if you can meet or exceed them, you can apply online at our website. An installed fence at least 4 foot high is required & we do not accept any type of electric fence – no exceptions. Some dogs do need a 6-foot wood or vinyl fence & if so it’s noted on their profile.
All LnF pups/dogs have been temperament tested, live in foster homes ~ All pups/dogs have been housebroken (puppies are paper trained) crate trained, have had basic training ~ Guaranteed to still love people & get along with other dogs ~ All pups/dogs have been Microchipped ~ Tested for Heartworm, Ehrlichia & Lyme ~ Each dog is on Heartworm Medication & Flea/Tick year round while in our care ~ Up to date with Rabies ~ Distemper, Parvo & Leptospirosis vaccines ~ de-wormed twice.
