UPDATE: Our pretty little girl just went home with her new Mom & Dad and 4 legged brother who is also very lucky rescue dog. We are very happy that this wonderful family came along and saw her sweetness and beauty. I have been promised she will be allowed to chase as many birds and squirrels as she would like!
This petite (only 35 pounds!) 1 year old little sweetie arrived from West Virginia on Sunday. Rosie at the shelter said she is great with other dogs and cats. Jayne just had a litter of pups but they were her last, we had her spayed 01-09-06. She is a lovely red/yellow color and extremely sweet, calm and very gentle. Jayne is happy go lucky and extremely friendly to everyone. What a doll she is!
All L&F dogs/pups are crate trained, temperament tested, have been chosen for sweet & gentle dispositions, have lived in foster homes with families, and have had the following:
SPAYED/NEUTERED
Microchipping
Tested for Heartworm, Lyme, Ehrlichia
On HeartGuard & Frontline Plus
Rabies, Distemper, Parvo vaccines.
Intra Trac ll Kennel Cough
Two De-Worming
PLEASE NOTE: Any dog/pup adopted from us must have a fenced in property either physical or Invisible Fence IF there are children in the home.
We also expect that if no one is home all day, arrangements will be made to provide the dog with at least (1) "potty break" daily, whether it is through a family member, neighbor or petsitting service. We know that it is impossible for us humans to "hold it" for 8-10 hours, so we do not want our "shelter kids" to be expected to do so.
