UPDATE: This is a picture of Jade & her new brother Daughtry in her new home. Jade went home to live with her new Mom & Dad & brother Daughtry who was also adopted. She is our 405th adoption & she is the FIRST to "Go Home For The Holidays 2011!" Jade has a loving parents, a beautiful home, a wonderful backyard & her parents will be giving her a nice walk daily with tons of love, cuddles & kisses. It was a very good day in Rescue!

I’m a naturally playful, curious, and trusting canine. Take me for a big walk every day; give me something to do. After my job’s done, I’ll curl up in front of the fire with you in the evenings. (Externally motivated)

Jade is a beautiful green-eyed yellow lab mix. She is very much a puppy, running around and playing all day. She is so sweet, soft, submissive & gentle & wiggles like Jello! She is all up to date with shots, microchipped & spayed.

She looks like a tiny Yellow lab mix but has the size of a beagle. She is very unique looking.

She loves people and other dogs. She would be happiest being adopted into a home with other dogs as she is very much a pack animal. We will not consider putting her in a home where she does not have a buddy to play & grow up with.

She has shocked me in her size. We've had her since she was a baby (see her baby pictures below) so I thought by her looks that she would be about 60 lbs but now I see that she should not go over 35 lbs full grown. If you love yellow labs think of her as a mini-yellow lab. I also believe she is mixed with Beagle which is where her body may have come from because she bays at birds in the yard. She only bays when she is getting those pesky birds to leave her yard!
